The patented hot & cold elements you receive with Soothie° Cushion are longer lasting than any other hot or cold relief product we’ve found on the market!  You receive portable heat therapy for up to 3 hours after heating the element in the microwave.  And, when using it for cold therapy, you’ll enjoy relief for up to 6 hours after taking it out of your freezer.  The elements are interchangeable and because every soothieº cushion comes with 2 elements, you’ll always have the ability to utilize both elements on either side of the system to enjoy contrast therapy (15 minutes hot, then flip and have 15 minutes cold, repeat and enjoy).  We recommend occasionally rotating each element so that each one gets used in both the freezer and the microwave.

Soothieº Cushion lumbar support system comes with two identical Microcore® Element Packs that are interchangeable from hot to cold and a convenient hands-free backpack. Soothieº can be used regularly with or without the Microcore® Element Pack to help relieve common back pain and discomfort caused by a variety of reasons including chronic back pain. The Microcore® Element Pack can be heated by using a microwave oven or hot water. You can cool a single element pack by using a freezer.

ACCESSORIES

Soothieº Cushion was designed with (2) 30” nylon straps to allow the user to fit the cushion to the seating of their choice. The interchangeable tabs allow the user to fit the cushion in their car while driving, flying, or on almost any other chair for use at home, office, or at the computer. Of course, the user can also lay down with Soothieº under or on top of their body. The straps come with a padded cover for the hardware, to prevent any chaffing or damage to chairs or furniture. Soothieº can be worn to utilize the cushions hot/cold properties, by just wearing it on the back, like a backpack.
