I cannot begin to express how much I love this heating pad!!! I do keep one in the freezer at all times and I have used it cold on several occasions but quite truthfully, it's the heat I love! There is not a day that goes by that I don't pop it into the microwave and take it to bed with me. It's comfortable under my back or behind my neck and the heat feels wonderful and relaxing. I feel the tension leave my body the minute I lay down with it behind my neck! And how fabulous not to have to mess with one that must plug into the wall!! I've even given them as gifts and my friends are so grateful! For someone in a cold climate or who lives with someone who keeps the air conditioning too cold, it's a fabulous way to warm up under the covers also!!!
