HOT one moment / COLD the next!

This form of therapy, the effective use of heat and cold has been recognized as a healing
tool for thousands of years. Hot and cold, as a thermapeutic tool, can be
used independently of each other or alternating every
few minutes.
You should always finish a contrast session with cold, particularly if you suspect that you might be a
little inflamed.
*Contrast therapy should never be used on open wounds or immediately following surgery, as it can cause
bleeding or increase the chance of infection.
